Clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is fluidized by the hot air, such as boiling water jumping in the bed, hence it is called a boiling dryer (boiling dryer). Due to the extensive contact between the hot air and the material, it can be dried in a relatively short time. Entering from one end of the bed, boiling for several minutes to several minutes, and automatically flowing out from the other end of the bed.

  Application scope

Boiling dryer, also known as fluidized bed dryer, has been continuously improved and enhanced in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, grain processing and other industries for more than 30 years. It is widely used for dehumidification and drying of powdered and granular materials such as raw materials, granular pharmaceuticals, granules, feed, plastic resins, etc. The particle size of the material can range from 0.1 to 6mm, with a preferred range of 0.5 to 3mm.

  Installation instructions

The fluidized bed, cyclone separator, and bag filter can be placed on a flat cement floor without the need for foot screws. The fan can be installed indoors or outdoors and requires a base and foot screws. The layout can be adjusted according to the situation of the factory building.
The air duct system should not leak air to avoid affecting the drying effect.

  Heating method

Steam or electric heating can also be used, and hot air can be directly obtained from fuel (or coal-fired) stoves.
